For my 20th heART piece, I decided to create with orange, pink and red shades of watercolor paints on a very wet background with a few deep crimson branching lines; then I was inspired to drop in some blue in a few spots which became hearts and small spheres to give this art a bit of interest. This led to the decision to create red-pink hearts and spheres. As I layered and defined the hearts and spheres, I added some white highlights for depth. I used some compressed air to add some movement and energy into the branched lines and in the blue hearts and spheres. The effect in this artwork is playful and fun…like a party in progress.
